I help hotels, campsites, non-hotel accommodation and multi-property groups read their accounts with the international USALI standard, so decisions rest on clear, comparable data.
Profile
I am an independent management control consultant for the accommodation sector. I work alongside managers, owners and partners to turn the books into a management tool: numbers organised by department, indicators always calculated the same way, and reports you can read in a few minutes.
The reference is USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry), the international standard the hotel industry uses to measure revenue, costs and results. I adapt it to each client: from a single B&B to a seasonal campsite, up to a group with several companies and properties. No needless theory: just a practical approach focused on decisions.
