Definitions
- Occupancy
- Rooms sold over rooms available= Rooms sold ÷ rooms available
- ADR
- Rooms revenue per room sold= Rooms revenue ÷ rooms sold
- RevPAR
- Rooms revenue per available room= Rooms revenue ÷ rooms available
- TRevPAR
- Total revenue per available room= Total revenue ÷ rooms available
- GOP margin
- GOP as a percentage of revenue= GOP ÷ total revenue
- GOPPAR
- GOP per available room= GOP ÷ rooms available
- CPOR
- Rooms costs per occupied room= Rooms department costs ÷ rooms sold
- Payroll / revenue
- Weight of labour cost= Payroll cost ÷ total revenue
